YEREVAN. – A delegation from the Department of International Cooperation of Germany’s Federal Ministry of Defense was in Armenia on Monday.

Along the lines of the visit, the 2012 activities within the framework of Armenian-German military cooperation were summed up and the cooperation’s 2013 plan was discussed, Armenian MOD press service informs.   

Also, the German delegation was received by First Deputy Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan.

The parties gave a high assessment to the current level of Armenian-German military cooperation, and noted that the 2012 plan is carried out virtually completely and the 2013 plan envisions cooperation along the lines of priority reforms that are underway in Armenia’s Armed Forces and, also, the approval of cooperation between the combat support services of the Armenian and German armies.
