YEREVAN. – Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan on Monday visited the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), in connection with the 63rd anniversary of the formation of PRC.    

The President congratulated Ambassador Tian Changchun and the Embassy staff, with regard to the anniversary, and extended his best wishes to them and the entire people of China, the President’s Press Office informs.   

Also, President Sargsyan addressed a congratulatory message to PRC President Hu Jintao.

“Relations between Armenia and China are developing dynamically, mutual visits, [and] cooperation are becoming more active. The arrangements made during our meeting in 2010 are materializing, [and] the following mutual visits are giving new impetus to our ties. 

I stand ready to exert efforts, together with you, so as to promote the rapid growth in the cooperation between Armenia and China, [and] to further strengthen ties and collaboration between our countries and peoples,” Armenian President’s message reads in particular.
