YEREVAN.- Iranian earthquake was felt in the territory of Armenia, Emergency Situation Ministry reported.

A magnitude 4.7 earthquake was registered 45 kilometers to the east from Khoy city, northern Iran on Thursday. The epicenter was located at the depth of 15 kilometers.

The quake was felt in Armenian settlements, in particular tremors of 3-4 magnitude were registered in the cities Meghri, Kapan, Jermuk and Yeghegnadzor.
