GYUMRI. – Russia has never planned to go away from the South Caucasus.
Russian Federation (RF) President Vladimir Putin stated the aforesaid, on Monday in Armenia’s City of Gyumri, at the official opening of the Third Armenian-Russian Interregional Conference, the Armenian News-NEWS.am reporter informs from Gyumri.
“On the contrary. By relying on all the best we have received from our forebears, [and] by relying on the friendly relations with all countries—including Armenia—in the region, we are preparing to strengthen our positions in the South Caucasus,” the RF leader stressed, in particular.
