YEREVAN. – The argument of the former president and incumbent premier is a dispute of two teammates where the sides – PM Tigran Sargsyan and Robert Kocharyan –express different views on economic situation in the country, MP Artashes Geghamyan said.
Geghamyan, MP from ruling Republican Party of Armenia, commented on the recent interview of Robert Kocharyan.
The MP said the argument has positive things as the “truth will be discovered in a dispute”. Unfortunately, the views of PM and the former president are vulnerable, he added.
“Their statements contain right arguments, but lack deep analysis,” Geghamyan noted.
As to the fact that Kocharyan and Sargsyan used to be a part of one ruling team, whereas now their views differ, Geghamyan assured they “remain members of one team, as both wish Armenia all the best”.
