YEREVAN. – At its regular session on Tuesday, the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) of Armenia prepared a record on issuing an ARF Dashnaktsutyun Party National Assembly (NA) Faction member’s mandate to Mikayel Manukyan.  

The CEC prepared the aforesaid record on the basis of the NA speaker’s record, dated December 28, 2013, on considering terminated the parliamentary powers of ARF Dashnaktsutyun NA Faction deputy Vahan Hovhannisyan.   

To note, President Serzh Sargsyan had signed a decree, on December 28, 2013, on appointing ARF’s now former MP Vahan Hovhannisyan as Armenia’s Ambassador to Germany.
