YEREVAN. – Armenian government on Thursday approved inspection procedures for the quality of goods.
The Minister of Vahram Avanesyan said a set of procedures applies to both food and non-food items. Requirements for documents include drawings and descriptions for consumers.
Mark of conformity to technical regulations should stand on each unit of finished product. The manufacturer must keep the declaration of conformity available for inspection by government agencies within 10 years from the withdrawal of a product to market. If desired, the production design can be sent for examination to the state agency.
