Armenia’s Ambassador to Syria, Arshak Poladyan, on Sunday conveyed, to the heads of the Armenian educational institutions in Damascus, President Serzh Sargsyan’s congratulatory message.

In addition, Poladyan presented Sargsyan’s monetary donations on the New Year and Christmas holidays.

The ambassador read the President’s message, in which a conviction is expressed that peace, stability and national solidarity will prevail in Syria the near future, and it is stressed that both Armenia and all Armenians assist and will continue to assist Syrian Armenians in regaining peace and maintaining their homes.  

In turn, the Armenian clergy members and the heads of the Armenian schools in Damascus expressed their thanks.
