French Ambassador to Azerbaijan Pascal Meunier called on the parties to Karabakh conflict to reach compromise.

He said the conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh should be solved peacefully, APA agency reported.

“Both parties should compromise in the solution of this problem,” Ambassador told reporters.

Pascal Meunier beleievs the parties should unite all efforts to solve this long-lasting conflict peacefully.

“We hope the problem will be solved peacefully. The recent meeting of the presidents of the two countries once more made it clear that the conflict can be solved only peacefully. We call on both parties to refrain from provocations,” Pascal Meunier said.
