YEREVAN. – The company dealing with water management, Yerevan Jur, will issue official statement on water tariffs in late February, spokesperson for the company said.

“Every year by February 26-27 we submit a revised application to the Public Services Regulatory Committee to revise water tariff,” Murad Sargsyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Filing of an application does not mean that the rate is bound to be increased, he emphasized.

“For example, last year the rate was reduced by four drams,” he added.
