YEREVAN. – All of Armenia’s inter-state and inter-community thoroughfares are passable as of Monday at 8:30am, informs the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

And according to the information received from the Emergency Situations Department of Georgia, the country’s Stepantsminda-Larsi Highway—which leads to the Armenian border—is open for all vehicles with chained wheels.
