STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan on Thursday signed a decree to relieve Colonel Mkhitar Grigoryan from the post of deputy chief of the NKR Police.
Colonel Mkhitar Grigoryan will retire after long years of service, NKR president's press service reported.
