Prime Minister Tigran paid a visit to Armavir Region of Armenia and got acquainted with the installation and running of anti-hail systems in the region.
The PM was informed that owing to state budget allocations, eighty new anti-hail stations were purchased and fifty of them will be installed in Armavir Region. As a result, the latter will have a total of 161 anti-hail stations, and the total number of such stations will reach 442 in Armenia.
Subsequently, Sargsyan met and spoke with farmers working in the vineyards, and got acquainted with their challenges. The premier informed that the state will continue its subsidy program for diesel fuel, fertilizers and seeds, and, as a result, these items will be offered to the farmers at prices that are substantially lower than their market prices.
Next, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan visited the home of a socially disadvantaged family in Aknalich village and presented them various gifts.
