YEREVAN. – President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan has bestowed titles upon several ambassadors of the country.

Guided by the Constitution of Armenia and based on the Armenian Law on Diplomatic Service, President Sargsyan decided to bestow the diplomatic degree of “Armenia’s ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary” upon these diplomats: Ashot Galoyan, Armenia’s Ambassador to Brazil; Grigor Hovhannisyan, Armenia’s Ambassador to Mexico; and Hovhannes Manukyan, Armenia’s Ambassador to Georgia.

In addition, Sargsyan decided to bestow the diplomatic degree of “Armenia’s envoy extraordinary and minister plenipotentiary” upon these diplomats: Paruyr Hovhannisyan, Head of the Second Section of the Bilateral Relations of the Europe Department of the Armenian MFA; Varuzhan Nersesyan, Assistant to the President of Armenia; and Arsen Shoyan, Armenia’s Ambassador to Bulgaria.
