YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 414.54/$1 in Armenia, on Friday.

The aforementioned rate is an AMD 0.12 drop from Thursday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 575.30 (up by AMD 5.85), that of one Russian ruble was AMD 11.44 (down by AMD 0.04), and the rate of one British pound was AMD 694.27 (up by AMD 1.04), informs the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of gold, silver, and platinum amounted to AMD 17,929.18, AMD 281.35, and AMD 19,778.41, respectively.

The dollar’s average exchange rate comprised AMD 414.41/$1 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange; this is a 0.02-percent, or an AMD 0.09, rise from Thursday.  Friday’s trading totaled USD 5,300,000 at the stock exchange.
At the cash foreign currency market of Armenia, the US dollar’s average purchase rate is at AMD 413.5/$1, and that of sale is at AMD 416.5/$1.
