YEREVAN. – Former Armenia's health minister Harutyun Kushkyan has been appointed health minister in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR).
The reports were confirmed for Armenian News-NEWS.am by spokesperson for NKR president Davit Babayan.
He said Kushkyan had already been introduced to the ministry's staff.
