YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 414.56/$1 in Armenia, on Friday; this rate is an AMD 0.41 drop from Thursday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 575.70 (down by AMD 3.68), that of one Russian ruble was AMD 11.32 (down by AMD 0.07), and the rate of one British pound was AMD 688.96 (down by AMD 3.54), informs the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of gold, silver, and platinum amounted to AMD 18,243.26, AMD 283.1, and AMD 19,672.74, respectively.

Friday’s trading totaled USD 1,200,000 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 414.80/$1, and the trading session closed likewise at AMD 414.80/$1, the stock exchange informs.
