YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 414.96/$1 in Armenia on Monday, a 0.4 point rise as compared with Friday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 576.55 (up by AMD 0.85), that of one Russian ruble was AMD 11.32 (not changed), and the rate of one British pound was AMD 689.87 (up by AMD 0,91), informs the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of gold, silver, and platinum amounted to AMD 18,477.66  AMD 284.97, and AMD 19,718.4, respectively.

The sales totaled $8.35 million at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 415.15/$1, and the trading session closed likewise at AMD 415.15/$1, the stock exchange informs.
