YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 413.38/$1 in Armenia, on Tuesday; this rate is an AMD 0.90 drop from Monday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 570.88 (up by AMD 0.25), that of one Russian ruble was AMD 11.61 (up by AMD 0.14), and the rate of one British pound was AMD 681.91 (down by AMD 0.95), the Central Bank of Armenia press service informed.

One gram of gold, silver, and platinum amounted to AMD 17,420.49, AMD 268.47, and AMD 19,045.25, respectively.

Tuesday’s trading totaled USD 7,550,000 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 412.07/$1, and the trading session closed at AMD 412/$1, the stock exchange informed.
