Ukrainian border guards detained three citizens of Armenia heading to Rome on Thursday.

During the passport control in Kyiv's Boryspil airport, it appeared they had fake permanent residence cards of Greece and violation of registration terms in Ukraine, Segodnya.ua reported.

In the afternoon the border guards stopped 47-year-old passenger who arrived from Istanbul. The man had a passport of Latvia, but border guards noted that the document was fake and the pages were replaced.

The man appeared to be a citizen of Georgia. He bought a passport in U.S. in order to get to Stockholm.
