Gyumri hosts parade with participation of Armenian and Russian servicemen

GYUMRI. – Armenia's second largest city Gyumri hosted a parade dedicated to the 69th anniversary of the Victory Day.

Armenian and Russian troops deployed in Gyumri participated in the parade in the central square on Friday.

The parade was watched by commanders of 102nd Russian military base, Shirak Governor, Gyumir Mayor, deputies, Armenia and Russian military officials. War veterans, natives of Gyumri, were present.

Russian servicemen participate in a parade for the first time since Armenia's independence.
