The members of Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) are concerned over the fact that Karabakh conflict remains unresolved.

In a declaration of the fourth CICA  summit, the member states called on OSCE Minsk Group to intensify the efforts for the settlement of the conflict.
 
“We are concerned that the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan remains unresolved and continues to threaten regional and international security. We support a peaceful resolution of the conflict based on the principles and norms of international law and the adopted decisions and documents. In this regard, we call on the OSCE Minsk Group to intensify their efforts to resolve the conflict,” says the final declaration published on Kremlin website. 

Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) is a multi-national forum for enhancing cooperation towards promoting peace, security and stability in Asia.  Among others, the member states of the organization are Russia, Iran, India, Turkey and Azerbaijan.
