The Ukrainian central electoral commission announced Petro Poroshenko a president of Ukraine.
The members of the commission signed a protocol on the results of voting, UNN reported.
According to the final protocol, Poroshenko got 54.7% of votes while the runner-up Yulia Timoshenko polled only 12.81%.
