YEREVAN. –  Head of Heritage faction called to replace the government since “they cannot cope with the budget”.

Ruben Hakobyan's comments came after four non-ruling parliamentary forces presented 12 demands to the government on Tuesday.

“We believe that the economic part of our demands can be implemented now, and there is no need for new budget. The authorities simply must show flexibility to respond to urgent problems. And if the government can not do this, more professional Cabinet should be formed,” he told reporters.

The twelve demands refer to the mandatory funded pension plan, the restart of the operations of capital city Yerevan’s Nairit chemical rubber plant, a revision of the fines for traffic violations, passing to 100-percent proportional parliamentary elections, and the refusal of any international integration that will undermine the Armenia-Karabakh single economic space.
