YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 407.99/$1 in Armenia on Thursday,  a  0.09 point increase as compared with the previous day.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 556.95  (down by AMD 0.24), that of one Russian ruble was AMD 11.93 (up by AMD 0.02), and the rate of one British pound was AMD 699.96, informed the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of gold, silver, and platinum amounted to AMD 17,399.94 , AMD 275.99, and AMD 19,820.06, respectively.

The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange saw no foreign currency trading on Thursday.
