The Sevan Department of Armenia Police received a call on Wednesday.
Accordingly, a Volkswagen had run over Nelli Khachatryan (born in 1967), on the same day at around 10:45pm on the Yerevan-Ijevan Highway, and Khachatryan had died on the spot.
An investigation is underway.
