President of Bolivia Evo Morales declared Israel “a terrorist state” and introduced visa regime for the citizens of Israel.

He said Israeli operation in Gaza is breaching international humanitarian law and leads to deaths among the civilian population. In this regard he decided to renounce visa exemption agreement that was signed with Israel in 1972, AFP reported.

President of Bolivia broke diplomatic relations with Israel back in 2009 and described as “genocide” Israeli actions against Palestinians.
