YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 406.82/$1 in Armenia on Saturday, going up by AMD 0.54 point as compared with the previous day.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 544.89 (up by AMD 0.72), that of one British pound was AMD 684.56 (up by AMD 0.91), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 11.38 (up by AMD 0.02), informed the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of silver, gold, and platinum amounted to AMD 270.62 , AMD 16,810.51, and AMD 19,253.12, respectively.

No foreign currency transactions were registered at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange.
