France is concerned over frequent incidents at the line of contact and on the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
“The Karabakh conflict can be settled only through peaceful negotiations. France calls on all the parties to respect ceasefire and take immediate measures to reduce tension and avoid new incidents,” French Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
