YEREVAN. – The Armenian government will carry out unification of e-services, the Cabinet decided on Thursday.

The approved amendments to the law on e-documents and e-signature enable Armenian government to create a single operator or entrust these functions to any public authority or organization in order to provide technical support to e-signatures and e-documents.

The current maintenance of e-signature system is provided by EKENG CJCS. Electronic signature in Armenia has been provided to the interested parties since June 2009.
