YEREVAN. – Head of Armenia's permanent mission to the OSCE, Ambassador Arman Kirakosyan spoke about Azerbaijan's cease-fire violations during his speech at the special session of OSCE Permanent Council.
Armenian Ambassador slammed Azerbaijan for provocations that led to victims and escalation of regional tensions. He noted that Azerbaijan continues to violate trilateral agreements as of May 1994 and February 1995. Official Baku ignores the calls of OSCE Minsk Group and international community to refrain from provocative moves and contribute to the settlement exclusively through peace talks, he added.
The Armenian diplomat condemned public humiliation and tortures that caused the death of Karen Petrosyan, a resident of Chinari village who accidentally crossed the border.
