STEPANAKERT. – The National Revival party is concerned over low level of relations with Iran – Karabakh's largest neighbor.
The party functioning in Nagorno-Karabakh issued a statement calling for intensified cooperation with the Islamic Republic.
“Iran has always showed itself as a friendly state that is ready for cooperation in different areas. Active relations with Iran will open up new opportunities for Karabakh, taking into account active Armenian community in the country. The new opportunities are crucial amid recent geopolitical developments,” the statement reads.
The National Revival party urges Karabakh's leadership to work with the neighbor more intensively, to open representation in Tehran and establish direct ties with Iran's leadership, as well as with political, economic and cultural circles.
