YEREVAN. – President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan has issued a message of congratulations to President Nicolae Timofti of the Republic of Moldova.
Sargsyan congratulated Timofti on Moldova’s national day, the Independence Day, informed the Press Office of the President of Armenia.
