YEREVAN. – At Thursday’s Cabinet meeting, the Government of Armenia declared as eminent domain some lands in dozens of communities in the country’s four regions.
The objective of this decision was to carry out the project of the construction of the Iran-Armenia electricity transmission aerial line.
As a result, the government will take possession of 28,854.65 square meters of land from 43 communities in Kotayk, Gegharkunik, Vayots Dzor, and Syunik Regions.
