YEREVAN. – Education and Science Minister of Armenia, Armen Ashotyan, on Monday issued a message of congratulations on Knowledge Day. 

“September 1 heralds the beginning of the new academic year, which is also a beginning for getting enriched with knowledge, recognizing true values, and implementing new objectives.  

“A knowledgeable and conscientious professional is the wealth of a state in the modern world, and knowledge has been and remains the most important and permanent human capital,” specifically reads the message which the Ministry of Education and Science has disseminated.
