YEREVAN. – The Rescue Service of Armenia received an emergency call on Sunday at 1:38pm.

Accordingly, two people had climbed Mount Azhdahak, from the side of Lake Akna in Kotayk Region, but they could not descend, and therefore rescuers were needed.   

An operative team from the fire and rescue squad was dispatched to the scene, the Rescue Service informed. 

As a result, the fire and rescue workers brought S. G., 23, and M. K., 22, down from the mountain top.
