Along the lines of the NATO summit in Wales, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian on Thursday met with his Greek colleague, Evangelos Venizelos.

The interlocutors discussed the preparations for the Greek president’s forthcoming visit to Armenia, exchanged views on the avenues for the development of Armenian-Greek relations, and underscored cooperation within international organizations.

They also reflected on the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process. In this connection, the Greek FM highly praised and expressed his full support to the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs’ ongoing efforts to achieve a pacific resolution to this conflict.

In addition, Nalbandian and Venizelos conferred on several regional and international matters.
