YEREVAN. – Militant rhetoric is more common for Azerbaijan than for Armenia at the moment, director of Azerbaijanis office of the Institute for War & Peace Reporting said.
Shahin Rzayev who joined the press conference from Tbilisi suggested an explanation for growing militant rhetoric in Azerbaijan.
“In Armenia they think that the war is over. In 1994 the ceasefire was signed, and now they can live friendly and develop good neighborly ties. In Azerbaijan, they think the war is not over till territories are liberated. As soon as any move is made in this direction, the militant rhetoric will decrease,” he said.
