STEPANAKERT. – The state committee of Nagorno-Karabakh on POWs, hostages and missing persons expressed readiness to hand over 15-year-old Azerbaijani teen to Azerbaijan.

“The authorities of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, displaying good will and commitment to the Geneva Convention, are ready to hand over to Azerbaijani side underage citizen of Azerbaijan Muzafarzade Javid Samirogli (born in 1999) who crossed NKR border in Martakert Region on September 5, 2014,” the statement reads.

The committee said they had informed the ICRC and OSCE offices in NKR.
