YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s (USD) exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 407.24/$1 in Armenia on Thursday, a 0.44 point increase as compared with Wednesday.

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 518.5 (down by AMD 4.12), that of one British pound was AMD 664.05 (down by AMD 3.22), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 10.6 (down by AMD 0.01), informed the Central Bank of Armenia press service.

One gram of silver, gold, and platinum amounted to AMD 234.37, AMD 15,982.44, and AMD 17,486.52, respectively.

No foreign currency transactions were registered at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Friday.
