YEREVAN. – Petition demanding to recognize law on pensions unconstitutional has been filed to the Constitutional Court, ARF MP Artsvik Minasyan wrote on Facebook.

During the parliament's session on Thursday, Minasyan said the opposition parties plan to appeal the law on pensions.

In May, the National Assembly passed the amendments to the Law on Funded Pensions. Accordingly, the mandatory funded pension deductions from salaries are temporarily suspended.
