YEREVAN. – President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on Friday issued a message of congratulations to Jens Stoltenberg.
Sargsyan congratulated Stoltenberg—who had served as Prime Minister of Norway—for becoming the new Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO), Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned from the Press Office of the President.
