STEPANAKERT. – The adversary violated the ceasefire, on the Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces, around 200 times, from September 28 to October 4.

During this time, more than 1,200  shots were fired in the direction of Armenian positions, and by way of different-caliber rifle weaponry, the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army reported.

The Defense Army vanguard units, however, have given an adequate response to the aggressive actions by the adversary, and they have taken necessary steps to reliably defend the military positions along the entire length of the Line of Contact, the NKR Ministry of Defense press service informed.
