YEREVAN. – Representatives of Moscow and Yerevan companies engaged in small and medium-sized businesses met on Thursday in Yerevan within the framework of cooperation program between the government of Moscow and Yerevan Municipality for 2014 -2016.

The meeting was organized within “Business Marathon” project and was initiated by the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship in Moscow and with the support of the Department for External Economic and International Relations.

The purpose of the visit of the Moscow businessmen is to start cooperation with Yerevan partners and exchange experience in the field of production of medical equipment, engineering, construction and other fields.

Head of the foreign relations department at Yerevan Municipality David Gevorgyan,welcomed the guests and noted that one of the priorities of friendship and partnership between Yerevan and Moscow is cooperation in the economic sphere.

Representative of Moscow delegation Dmitry Knyazev congratulated Armenian partners with 2796 anniversary of the city of Yerevan and wished fruitful work between Armenian and Russian partners.
