Charles Aznavour, who is at hospital, has no serious problems, assured the press secretary of the world-renowned French-Armenian singer, songwriter, actor, public activist, and diplomat.
The press secretary informed that the singer is, “tired, nothing more,” and he will be discharged from hospital during the day, Europe 1 radio reported.
Aznavour’s close circles also assured that he will leave the hospital in the afternoon, wrote Le Figaro daily of France.
“He doesn’t have a cerebral blood circulation (stroke) disturbance, or [any] other serious illness; [it’s] just fatigue,” said a person close to the singer.
Charles Aznavour was taken to a hospital in Geneva, Switzerland, TASS reported quoting Opus One, a Swiss company organizing the concerts of the world-renowned singer.
According to the agency, Aznavour was preventively hospitalized after contracting an infection. The company said, however, that his planned concert in Geneva has been postponed.
