Armenia's accession to the Eurasian Economic Union has been agreed, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev said in Minsk.

He added that all legal and economic issues have been agreed by the member states, RIA Novosti reported.

“We have managed to achieve compromise on issue that was raised, a sensitive one, about the borders in which Armenia will join,” he said.

Nazarbayev emphasized that Kazakhstan sees no obstacles to Armenia's joining the Eurasian Economic Union.
