YEREVAN. – Armenian Deputy Prime Minister and Territorial Administration Minister Armen Gevorgyan’s letter of resignation will be announced either on Wednesday or Thursday, the Armenian News-NEWS.am’s sources have informed.

We have learned that Gevorgyan is already collecting his stuff and bidding farewell to his staff.

Even though the deputy PM and territorial administration minister will be relieved of his duties by a presidential decree, it is yet unclear who will replace him in this capacity.

But the name of his successor may be announced at Thursday’s Executive Body meeting of the ruling Republican Party.

The Armenian News-NEWS.am’s sources also informed that Armen Gevorgyan will work abroad.
