YEREVAN. – An Armenian peacekeeping subdivision will travel to Lebanon.
The official send-off for these peacekeepers, who will be heading to Lebanon to take part in the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) mission, will take place on Wednesday evening at Zvartnots International Airport of capital city Yerevan, the MOD press service informed.
The Armenian minister of defense and the Italian Ambassador are expected to be on hand at the ceremony.
