Nerses Galstyan accused of the murder of 4 Armenians in Hollywood pleaded not guilty at the Tuesday trial, myfoxla.com reported.
The murder was committed at a memorial gathering in Hot Spot North restaurant on April 3, 2010. Nerses Galstyan, 26, and his brother argued with the gathered and opened fire, killing 4 people - Hayk Yegnanyan, 25, Sargis Karajyan, 26, Harut Baburyan, 28 and Vardan Tofalyan, 31, and wounding two others. According to the police report, all the killed were Armenians by origin.
The Los Angeles police found the criminal in Seattle. According to the source, the prosecutors have not decided whether to seek the death penalty.
