Lawyers working on the Hrant Dink murder case - Fethiye Cetin and Guray Dag, made a statement ahead of the July 12 hearings, saying that the Turkish authorities jointly with the militaries are trying to hide the real names of the murderers to dismiss the case.  

Guray Dag noted that the Turkish authorities would convict the perpetrators in case only the militaries were involved in Dink’s assassination, Firat reported.  

Before the trial, the Friends of Hrant Dink released a statement criticizing constant postponing of the trial day. Dink’s friends plan to gather on July 12 in Besiktas square on the matter, the statement reads.
